Wahoo!

I've been thinking for a long time on how to restart this blog. My previous blogs have been comprised of mainly accounts of my days, and the one I had just before this one was whiny and obnoxious, so, I deleted it. I wanted something monumental to kickstart this one. I came up with nothing significant. At all.

So, I am reverting back to chronicling my days until something exciting happens. Which it might. Soon enough. If I concentrate and click my heels together.

Well, today was somewhat significant, in a sense that I accidentally let something slip in English class. Those of you who know me - I doubt any of you do, and I doubt even more that I have readers - know that my new catchphrase for virtually everything has been "to punch" things. I love that word. Maybe it's the "puh" or the secretive "n", or just the satisfaction I get from a word that has two hard consonant sounds at both the beginning and end. It just appeals to me so.

In English, the class as a whole was making fun of a particular student. We do so religiously, so it wasn't anything new, but my reaction to it was. I can't remember exactly what was said that provoked me to burst, but I asked innocently, "Can we punch him?" I'm afraid my teacher wasn't expecting it, and the friends flanking me on both sides found my comment ridiculously funny, and I inevitably burst into laughter. So hard, I was almost crying. My teacher asked, "Angela, did you just ask if we could punch him?" She also inquired whether she should send me to the school psychiatrist, to which I eagerly replied, "Yes, please do recommend me."

I found that incident quite eventful.

And I also realize that this post sounds a bit pompous... Curses!

Maybe I should punch it...? :3
